Amy has over 25 years of experience, both as a Controller/CFO and as a consultant with a focus on financial and accounting due diligence. Amy has worked with CDS since 2011. In addition to her work with CDS, she has held finance positions at two nonprofits, The Park City Community Foundation, and The Park City Education Foundation. Previously, she was the CFO of Wasatch Advisors, Inc., a Salt Lake City-based financial advisory company.

Outside of work, Amy likes to ski, hike and travel with her husband and two teenaged sons.
