Brian has over 25 years of due diligence, finance and accounting experience working on acquisitions of manufacturing, technology and service sector companies.

Prior to the formation of CDS, Brian was in the Transaction Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led due diligence assignments for technology, manufacturing and services companies. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Brian advised on more than 50 M&A transactions ranging in size from $10 million to over $1 billion in transaction value. Brian began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles.
