Dilpreet has over seven years of financial due diligence experience, including buy-side, sell-side, public-to-private, and carve-out transactions.

Prior to joining CDS, Dilpreet served as a Senior Analyst at Accenture in San Francisco, where she aided in the creation and execution of program strategy for a large Accenture JV. Dilpreet previously worked for Accenture in Toronto where she provided project management, finance, and analyst support across projects in Healthcare and Technology.
