Joey has more than 15 years of finance, accounting, and due diligence experience, including buy-side, sell-side, public-to-private, carve-out, and financing transactions. He has advised on working capital and purchase price adjustments, purchase agreement negotiations, and pro forma synergy analyses.

Prior to joining CDS, Joey was an equity research associate at Wells Fargo Securities, where he provided sell-side coverage of the homebuilding and building products industries and assisted on initial public offerings. Before joining Wells Fargo, he was with Houlihan Lokey as a financial analyst in its Financial Advisory Services group, where he provided due diligence services and fairness opinions in connection with M&A transactions. Joey began his career in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche, focusing primarily on banks and broker/dealers.
