Prior to joining CDS, Matthew worked in the Assurance practice at Ernst & Young (EY) in Hartford, CT where he primarily served Managed Care insurance clients.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys traveling and going on hikes at different parks across the country and the globe. He also enjoys trying new restaurants and wine bars, weekly trivia nights, and going to concerts and festivals.
